New Product Launch | High-Pressure Coolant Tool Holder Series for Enhanced Tool Performance



     

  


To extend tool life, improve machining efficiency, and enhance chip breaking and control capabilities, ACHTECK launches a new series of high-pressure coolant holders, covering external turning holders as well as grooving and parting-off holders.

During the cutting process, coolant is sprayed onto both the rake and flank faces of the insert at a high pressure ranging from 7 MPa to 30 MPa internal coolant system, delivering excellent cooling performance. It serves as an ideal solution especially for complex machining conditions.


 

PART 01 High-Pressure Coolant Series for External Turning

Enabled by high-pressure coolant technology, the newly launched external turning series achieves excellent chip breaking and temperature control effects when machining difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloys and superalloys.
