The (W,Cr)Cₓ composite high-temperature tungsten carbide powder endows this grade with outstanding strength, making it ideally suited for diamond-coated tools with small cutting edge diameters.

Adopting binder phase solution strengthening technology, the specially formulated composition reduces high-temperature cobalt precipitation, improves coating adhesion during the CVD coating process, prevents coating peeling and enhances overall coating stability.

Its uniform tungsten carbide grain structure ensures consistent coating thickness. The grade is compatible with both nanoscale diamond coatings and micro-nano hybrid diamond coatings, broadening the application scope of coating processes.
