New Product Launch | AC202P Grade: CVD Grade for General Steel Turning Applications

After long-term R&D, ACHTECK Tools officially launches the AC202P turning grade, backed by new-generation crystal orientation-controlled reinforced CVD coating technology. This grade achieves synergistic optimization between coating structure and substrate toughness. It is designed to improve wear performance in continuous steel machining, while enhancing chipping resistance under unstable and light interrupted cutting conditions with stable overall performance.
