Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-quality software products based on corporate development plans and business needs, driving the company's digital transformation.
2. Responsible for interface development of business systems such as ERP, MES, OA, NCC, PLM, CRM, and WMS.
3. Oversee the integration of information systems to ensure data consistency.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer-related fields, with 3+ years of Java backend development experience.
2. Proficient in Spring Boot/Spring MVC/Spring Cloud.
3. Familiar with relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
4. Knowledgeable about common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
5. Familiar with RESTful API design standards and frontend-backend separation development models.
6. Strong awareness of code standards; familiarity with design patterns, DDD, or microservices architecture is a plus.
7. Proficient in frontend programming languages like Vue.
8. Expertise in AI programming tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Opencode.
