Focus on Difficult-to-Machine Materials | Flagship New Products Officially Launched

In response to the increasingly demanding machining challenges in the manufacturing industry, ACHTECK Tools' technical team has continued to tackle technical barriers, and launched innovative products covering grooving, milling, small parts machining and carbide rods at this exhibition.

Flagship Product:AROWANA Series AP130S Grooving Tool Grade for Difficult-to-Machine Materials

As the core exhibit of the exhibition, the AROWANA Series AP130S grooving tool grade for difficult-to-machine materials adopts self-developed substrate strengthening and advanced coating technologies. It significantly improves the tool's wear resistance and plastic deformation resistance under high-temperature and high-load working conditions, ensuring stable machining performance and extended tool life.

Meanwhile, the AP130S offers a variety of chip breaker profiles including CS/CM, TS/GS and RM/RS, which can accurately cover both general machining and complex profile cutting, delivering excellent application adaptability.

Milling Products: AP153H Grade and M160 Pro Series Superalloy Milling Cutters

To address industry pain points of poor chip control and easy damage to machined surfaces in high-hardness material milling, ACHTECK Tools has launched the AP153H, a specialized grade for high-hardness material milling. With its dedicated chip breaker geometry, the grade achieves controlled chip breaking and smooth chip evacuation, effectively avoiding damage to workpiece surface integrity caused by chip entanglement, and balances both machining safety and surface quality.

The simultaneously unveiled M160 Pro Series superalloy milling cutters feature an optimized design of 4-flute unequal pitch and 45° helix angle. This structure significantly suppresses vibration tendency during the cutting process, thus greatly improving the surface finish quality of workpieces made of heat-resistant alloys, titanium alloys and other materials.

Turning Products: AP100U Grade for Small Parts Machining

The AP100U grade adopts a substrate made of ultrafine tungsten carbide, combining high hardness with excellent toughness. Combined with a nano-interface engineered composite coating, this grade delivers outstanding performance in high-efficiency finishing and long-life machining of small precision parts.

Carbide Rod Products: AK12US Grade

To control quality from the source, the raw materials adopt 0.4μm ultrafine-grained composite tungsten carbide powder and 0.6μm quasi-spherical cobalt powder. Through three technical paths — solution strengthening, binder phase strengthening and interface strengthening — the microhardness and fracture toughness of the material are significantly enhanced, providing a solid base material guarantee for subsequent tool manufacturing.

In-Depth Technical Services | Building a Collaborative Communication Platform

Beyond product displays, ACHTECK Tools set up a professional technical communication platform at the exhibition site. For each newly launched product, the technical team combined physical sample displays and dynamic cutting videos to provide detailed explanations on technical principles, application scenarios and process parameter optimization suggestions, and conducted in-depth discussions with on-site visitors on machining difficulties in actual production.

Meanwhile, in response to the specialized needs of different industries such as aerospace structural parts, automotive core components and precision small parts, the booth featured a dedicated industry solution exhibition area, staffed by a team of senior application engineers. Through the mode of "face-to-face consultation and one-on-one Q&A", the team provides professional advice for customers on tool selection, process efficiency improvement and cost optimization. This in-depth technical service model fully reflects ACHTECK Tools' customer-centric service philosophy and solid application technical expertise.

Technology-Driven Development | Deepening Future Strategic Layout

In response to the future trends of high-efficiency, precision and green development in the manufacturing industry, ACHTECK Tools will continue to uphold the development strategy of "technology-driven, customer-oriented", focusing on three core directions:

  1. Strengthen in-depth technical capabilities and break through bottlenecks in difficult-to-machine materials. The company will continuously increase R&D investment in substrate materials, coating technologies and tool geometries, further consolidate and expand its leading position in extreme machining fields such as titanium alloys, superalloys and precipitation hardening stainless steels, and deliver more competitive machining efficiency and tool life performance for customers.

  2.  Deepen customer demand insights and improve localized service quality. Based on a thorough understanding of customer needs, the company will transform from providing single products to delivering integrated cutting solutions for key components. Meanwhile, by strengthening support from local application engineers and collaboration with industry project teams, it will help customers achieve greater value creation.

  3. Build ecological collaboration and promote whole-chain innovation. The company will actively establish collaborative innovation mechanisms with strategic customers and industrial chain partners, strengthen whole-chain collaboration from R&D and design to end applications, and promote in-depth integration of technology and services with an open and pragmatic attitude to build a sound and growing industry ecosystem.
