The 4th Advanced Manufacturing Technology Exchange Conference for the Steam Turbine Industry, cosponsored by Metal Working Magazine of China Machinery Industry Information Research Institute and the Metal Cutting & Process Technology Liaison Network for the Steam Turbine Industry, and undertaken by Ganzhou Achteck Tool Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully concluded in Ganzhou during June 7–9, 2026.

During the industry case sharing session, senior technical specialists from well-known domestic steam turbine enterprises presented the outstanding on-site application performance of Achteck cutting tools based on actual workshop production practices.

Verified through mass production tests conducted by multiple leading manufacturers, a wide range of Achteck products including turning inserts, round milling inserts, face milling inserts and U-drill inserts fully meet high-end machining requirements in core performances such as chip breaking control and long-term working stability, and have accomplished domestic substitution for part of imported premium cutting tools. Compared with equivalent products from top European and American brands, our tools can cut tool costs by more than 30%. Supported by practical application data, Achteck has broken the stereotype that high- end manufacturing has to rely on imported cutting tools, and effectively validated the reliability and competitiveness of highquality domestic cutting tools in the high-end manufacturing market.



To allow attendees to gain an intuitive understanding of Achteck Tool manufacturing strength, the conference arranged a group visit to the production base and product testing center. At the plant and exhibition hall, participants learned in detail about the full-range production processes of cemented carbide tools, observed automated production lines and strict quality inspection procedures up close, and gained an in-depth understanding of the complete manufacturing cycle of high-end CNC cutting tools from raw materials to finished products.

At the product testing center, Achteck's technical team delivered an in-depth analysis of blade feature part machining. On-site engineers conducted cutting demonstrations on typical workpieces. The stable cutting process and excellent forming accuracy intuitively showcased the superior machining performance of ACHTECK tools, leaving a deep impression on all attendees.
