Exhibition Preview | AMB 2026 Debut: A New Calling Card for Europe — Machining Difficult-to-Cut Materials
From September 15 to 19, 2026, AMB – International Exhibition for Metal Working will be held at Messe Stuttgart, Germany. As one of Europe's largest and most influential metalworking exhibitions, AMB is staged every two years, bringing together the world's leading machine tools, cutting tools and manufacturing technologies, and serving as a key platform for tracking global trends in metalworking.
At this edition, ACHTECK Tool will exhibit for the very first time. A Chinese cutting tool brand with deep roots in the European high-end market, ACHTECK Tool positions itself as "The Specialist in Machining Difficult-to-Cut Materials" and will present a complete product matrix for difficult-to-cut material machining — covering turning, milling and hole making.

What's more, ACHTECK Tool will bring complete application solutions for four key industries: aerospace, automotive, energy, and small parts. What surprises are hidden inside those four industry solutions? Which new products will be the highlights on site? Come to Stuttgart on September 15 and find out for yourself.
Turning · Milling · Drilling — A Fully Upgraded Cutting Tool Matrix
At this exhibition, ACHTECK Tool presents its core product system for high-end manufacturing: full coverage of turning, milling and hole-making operations, with newly upgraded carbide grades.

Turning
Grades for Every Application

🔺AP100U 🔺PCBN
AROWANA SERIES AP130S Grade for Diffcult-to-Machine Materlal Grooving:By combining substrate reinforcement, oriented coating technology and a wide range of chipbreaker geometries, AP130S directly addresses the industry's most persistent pain points — short tool life, notch wear caused by work hardening, and difficult chip control.
AP100U — new grade for small parts:Based on an ultra-fine tungsten carbide substrate, it delivers both high hardness and toughness. Combined with a multi-layer nano-alternating composite coating and an ultra-smooth surface treatment, the precision-ground cutting edge is exceptionally sharp, with excellent red hardness and thermal stability. The special surface treatment effectively prevents built-up edge and workpiece scratching, significantly improving overall wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.
PCBN turning inserts: Turning instead of grinding. Specially developed for hardened steels and cast irons, they are used for finish machining of key automotive components such as crankshafts, camshafts, valve seat inserts and brake discs — completing finish machining in a single setup.

Multiple Product Lines, Stable and Efficient

🔺APM00-RPM 🔺AO Series

🔺APM00-RO 🔺Indexable Side-and-Face Milling Cutters
APM00-RPM Profile Milling:Designed for roughing to semi-finishing, it delivers an outstanding metal removal rate. Its 2-in-1 insert design means one insert works for both the center edge and the peripheral edge, effectively reducing tooling cost.
AO Series Shoulder Milling Cutter:The insert features a progressively engaging helical cutting edge for light, smooth cutting entry, effectively lowering cutting forces. Together with proprietary chipbreaker geometry, the cutting edge strength is greatly enhanced. Widely used in the automotive and energy industries — from high-volume components such as cylinder blocks and transmission housings, to large workpieces such as wind power gears and oil & gas pipe fittings — it ensures stable, efficient milling.
APM00-RO Profiling Mills: Focused on profile milling of difficult-to-cut materials in the aerospace and energy industries, such as nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys and difficult-to-machine stainless steels. A brand-new, proprietary PVD coating technology combined with two chipbreaker geometries, MM3 and MR6, delivers outstanding performance and broad application coverage.
Indexable Side-and-Face Milling Cutters:Developed on the basis of real-world working condition research, this series is built around four core production requirements — precision, cost, efficiency and cycle time — and is structured into two product matrices, LX and LN. With multiple connection types and application-specific customized inserts, it covers complex machining operations including slot milling, face milling, square shoulder milling, back milling and cut-off across the automotive, construction machinery, aerospace and general machinery industries.

One Shank for Many, Regindable for Real Savings

D190 modular drill: One drill body can be combined with a variety of drill heads to suit different working conditions. The high-rigidity body ensures stable hole accuracy, while the drill heads can be reground and reused many times over, effectively reducing the cost per hole.

ACHTECK Tool's in-house cemented carbide rods will also be on display, covering three forming processes — die pressing, extrusion and dry-bag isostatic pressing — to meet the substrate requirements of tools in various specifications. From core substrate to finished tool, a fully integrated value chain.
Whether you are looking for a reliable tool supplier for machining high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys, or aiming to optimize your existing processes and lower total manufacturing cost, we look forward to meeting you face to face and exploring even more possibilities in difficult-to-cut material machining.
