PART 01 T102/T103 HSS Cutting Taps

Product Details
◾Material Properties
Made of cobalt-containing high-speed steel (HSS-E), the taps combine excellent hardness, toughness and wear resistance, suitable for high-strength continuous machining operations.
◾Coating
Equipped with AlCrN coating, which features outstanding wear resistance, anti-adhesion performance and high-temperature stability, effectively extending tool service life.
◾Product Types
T102 spiral point tap: Type A chamfer (5 threads). Designed with a sharp cutting rake angle and low axial force, it significantly improves the efficiency and precision of through-hole machining.
T103 spiral flute tap: Type C chamfer (2.5 threads), with a 40° helix angle and optimized spiral flute design for smooth chip evacuation. Specially engineered for blind-hole machining, it effectively prevents chip clogging.

PART 02 T190 Cemented Carbide Forming Taps

Product Details
◾Material Properties
Adopts a high-hardness cemented carbide substrate, specially designed for high-wear, high-load working conditions.
◾Coatings
AC (AlCrN) coating: delivers exceptional wear resistance, anti-adhesion performance and high-temperature stability, extending tool service life.
AL (ALC) coating: features an ultra-smooth surface and low friction coefficient, specially developed for aluminum alloy materials.
◾Process Advantages
Chip-free cold extrusion forming technology completely eliminates chip evacuation issues. Suitable for both through and blind holes, it is ideal for ductile materials, thin-walled parts and applications with strict requirements on thread surface quality, while simultaneously improving thread strength and surface finish.
◾Product Types
Four coolant configurations available: external coolant without oil groove, external coolant with oil groove, axial internal coolant, and radial internal coolant, to adapt to different thread specifications and working conditions.
Type C and Type E chamfers, with a full-series point-less design to maximize effective thread depth.
